RIDE NAME: Roseberg Forest Endurance Ride
RIDE BASE ADDRESS: 'Old Womans Creek" 1820 Quartpot Road, GarlandNSW 2797
DIRECTIONS: The NSWERA signs will be out on the Mid Western Highway at Lyndhurst from both directions.
Once you go through the little town of Lyndhurst, you will travel on a skinny mostly tarred
road for about 18kms.
Please take care on this road as it is not the widest and people travel fast along it. Once you
reach the forest entry the road from there to ride base is mostly dirt
down to ride base is mostly dirt (about 3kms) it is pretty steep in a couple of sections and
there are some over hanging branches to be aware of for the bigger rigs.
Ride base has good access for the bigger rigs.

TIMETABLE (ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Ride Base opens: 1pm Friday - there will be more information about gate opening times TBA
Office opens: Saturday 930am for Saturday rides, 1230pm for Sunday rides
Vetting opens: Saturday 10am for Saturday rides, 1pm for Sunday rides
**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PRE VETTING ON SUNDAY MORNING AND HORSES MUST BE ON SITE SATURDAY AND STAY SATURDAY NIGHT. ONCE A HORSE HAS BEEN THROUGH PRE RIDE VETTING THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE RIDE BASE**
Pre Ride for Saturday rides will occur under saddle 15mins before start time. There will be NO PRE RIDE OF SUNDAY RIDES. When completing your entry you will be given the preride information and course maps. Please ensure these are read and come see any of the LERC committee if you have any questions.

All entries will be required via online entry via Manehub and are now OPEN! entries will close midnight Wednesday 29 July, there will be NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AT RIDE BASE - https://www.manehub.com/lachlanendurance
Please remember these conditions of entry/attendance to keep us all safe in our new COVID-19 environment -
* Have not been to any of the locations listed on https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates during the dates/times indicated
* Not required to be in self-isolation / self-quarantine
* Not returned from an identified high risk zone in the last 14 days
* Not previously been diagnosed with COVID-19
* Not been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
* Not returned from overseas in the last 14 days
* Not had a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or other cold/flu-like symptoms in the last 72 hours and are otherwise well
THE TRACK
The 80km ride is suitable for fit horses starting at 5am...more information to come
The 40km Intermediate ride will be following leg 2 as above.
The 20km Introductory Ride is a gentle and undulating ride, following a soft shady track through....more information to come
RIDE BASE INFORMATION
* Horse water will be provided
* Easy access for all size vehicles
* Portable toilets will be available throughout the ride base
* Mobile phone coverage will be limited
* Please bring all human water
* NO RUBBISH BINS, you must take all your rubbish home with you
* Spread horse manure - no piles please
* Food and Coffee Van will be available
COVID-19 INFORMATION
You must have your COVID-19 declaration filled out to be collected by our gate keepers before entering ride base. No paperwork, no entry.
Also due to COVID-19 and public health responsibility we regret to advise there will be no people drinking water or lollies on track.
